This is a template for reference only. A personalised agreement with your property details, selected package, and confirmed dates will be issued upon booking and must be signed by both parties before any shoot commences.

Materials & Approval Process

All materials to be used during the shoot — including shot lists, mood boards, locations within the property, wardrobe, and props — must be reviewed and approved in writing by the Client's GM or Owner before the shoot commences.

The following approval gates apply:

  1. Pre-shoot: Shot list, mood board, and wardrobe direction submitted for written sign-off
  2. On-site: Daily briefing with GM/Owner on planned shoot activity
  3. Post-production: Edited content submitted for review before scheduling
  4. Final sign-off: Written approval from GM/Owner before any content is published

Two revision rounds are included. The Client agrees to respond to approval requests within 48 hours.

Content Rights

Upon full payment, the Client receives a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use all delivered Content across their own marketing channels.

Amen.Travel and Afrofeast retain the right to publish Content across their platforms as part of the partnership. Copyright in all Content remains with Amen.Travel / Afrofeast.

Code of Conduct

  • Content will accurately represent the property at all times
  • Guest privacy will be respected — no guest filmed or photographed without consent
  • Confidential business information shared by the Client will not be disclosed
  • Amen.Travel will not feature competing properties in the same content cycle
  • The Client will provide a safe and respectful working environment
  • Content removal requests honoured within 48 hours for reasonable cause

Cancellation Policy

60+ days before stayFull deposit refunded. No penalty.
30–60 days before stay50% of deposit forfeited. Balance not charged.
Under 30 daysFull deposit forfeited + 25% of balance invoiced.
Accommodation exchangeNo cash refund. Free reschedule within 12 months.
Cancelled by Amen.TravelFull refund or free reschedule at Client's choice.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be raised in writing within 7 days of the issue arising. If unresolved within 14 days, both parties agree to mediation before any legal proceedings. Governed by Australian law.
